A member of the Central Missouri Board of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and has served on the local Board of Directors.

A high-energy sales person, she is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, recipient of the MAR Award of Excellence for sales in excess of 2 million dollars and Realtor Associate of the year Award from her local board.
Kim is an avid supporter of Missouri Valley College and has
"fostered" more than 12 foreign and domestic students through their "Adopt a Student" program.
She is active in the Community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, participates in her local church, is a member of the local Central Missouri Board of Realtors, Missouri Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Monty has lived in Marshall his entire life and is familiar with the surrounding areas. He worked at the Marshall Habilitation Center for 30 plus years and was responsible for 9-18 Group Homes in the community while working there. He retired in 2015 and obtained his Real Estate license the following year.
