Denne joined the family business in 1987 as a second-generation Realtor. She is a Lifetime Million Dollar Club Member, has attained the MAR Award of Excellence for sales in excess of 2 million dollars, was voted Realtor of the Year for 2002, is a member of the Central Missouri Board of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and has served on the local Board of Directors.

Penny has been a lifelong resident of Marshall and Saline County. Graduated from Marshall High School in 1987. Penny is very active in the community and is Vice President of the Marshall Cultural Council. Member of Marshall Chamber of Commerce. Penny is excited to serve her hometown community and surrounding areas.

Monty Hunt

Monty has lived in Marshall his entire life and is familiar with the surrounding areas. He worked at the Marshall Habilitation Center for 30 plus years and was responsible for 9-18 Group Homes in the community while working there. He retired in 2015 and obtained his Real Estate license the following year.
